CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and the Check-out is at 10:00 am. Unless otherwise arranged with the property, the 10:00 am check-out time is crucial for the cleaning contractor to perform housekeeping duties.
On arrival, guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so we can register the guests following regulations.
The maximum number of guests is stated on each webpage, if you need special arrangements, please contact Borghetto Santa Giulia before making any reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse extra guests if the number exceeds the maximum capacity.
RATES:
- Low-season from January 1st to April 15th and from October 16th to December 31st 134 Euro/day (maximum 4 guests, minimum stay of 2 nights)
- Mid-season from April 16th to June 30th and from October 1st to October 15th 268 Euro/day (maximum 4 guests - minimum stay of 3 nights)
- High-season from July 1st to July 30th and from September 1st to September 30th 332 Euro/day (maximum 4 guests, minimum stay of 4 nights)
- Top season from August 1st to August 30th 432 Euro/day (maxim 4 guests a minimum stay of 4 nights)
- Each reservation will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 60 Euro
- Discount 8% when booking a minimum stay of 7 nights
DOGS:
Dogs are welcome and allowed after arrangement and approval. Please contact us to know about the conditions.
Dogs have to be well behaved and size adequate to the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
At Borghetto Santa Giulia, our bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of booking and full payment at arrival.
The payment of the full amount confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
CLEANING:
Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit shall be charged to the Guest’s/Cardholder’s credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge at a rate of up to 20 EURO/hour, with a one-hour minimum.
This also applies to the property exterior, grounds, and BBQs (if so equipped).
LINENS & TOWELS:
Bath towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided. Extra sheets and towels are provided if you are staying a week or longer
POOL & GARDEN:
The pool area and other facilities are shared with other guests. We enjoy the peace and the tranquillity of this place, please make sure we keep this place safe and peaceful:
- Use the pool area only during open hours, do not invite guests, no party, no food, and glassware are permitted in the pool area.
- The pool area is open daily from 9:30-12:30 and 14:30-19:30
If you like to make parties, invite friends, play with the ball, and listen to high volume music in open spaces, most probably, this is not the right place for your vacation.
The guest is obligated to behave in the spirit of good neighborly relations to follow the rules and to keep the apartment in the same condition as it was before moving in. Furthermore, it is an obligation of the client to inform the owner about possible damages, defects, and lack of equipment found in the apartment.
The guest is obligated to cover the costs related to possible damages that would occur as a result of inappropriate use of the apartment and pool area.
The number of people who can live in our apartment is limited (mentioned in the offer) and cannot be higher.
RESPECT FOR OWNER'S PROPERTY:
Inform the property immediately in case of any damage to any items inside the apartment or property area.
Please do not remove or take with you items from the property at the end of your stay.
If the guest's behavior is deemed unacceptable by the property owner, we have the right to terminate the rental immediately, without any due refund.
CCTV:
CCTV cameras are installed in some areas of Borghetto Santa Giulia, and video recordings may be made for security reasons.
